Paul's Used Tires Inc.

I've been coming to Paul's Used Tires since I moved to Montgomery County in 2017. Over the years, I've had several tires repaired here and even referred friends and family because I always had good experiences. Today was my last visit. The same employee who has helped me before was rude and unhelpful, even though he recognized me as a returning customer. I understand businesses get busy, but disrespectful customer service after years of loyalty is disappointing. After today's experience, I looked through the recent reviews and noticed several other longtime customers describing similar customer service issues. It left me with the impression that customer loyalty is no longer valued here. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

With all the cars in my family we are always having to pop in for a tire or even just to get a tire plugged. I highly recommend Paul's Used tires! The guys who work there are always fast, professional and courteous. I give this company 5 stars 🌟

I was in town and needed air for my tires. So I decided to stop by Paul’s used tires. I’m very familiar throughout the years and duration of the business and its owner, Who might I add, is a very nice guy. Terrell, one of the newer employees was approachable , courteous and had great customer service. He addressed my needs professionally. Recommended..

This is my go to for tire services. I buy new tires on the internet. I've used Paul's for installations and repairs for well over twenty years. Old school tire shop quality with folks who consistently know what they're doing. Great prices too Most recently they have done tire repairs on my 2000 BMW Z3 Coupe (30/35 series tires love potholes), 2002 Mini Cooper S (slow leak) and 2005 Honda Element EX 5 speed (screws in tire). I also had them install new forged alloys on the Mini and new wheels and tires on the Element in 2025. The service is fast and drama free. I've bought used tires from them in a pinch and that went great too. It really makes owning enthusiast vehicles that much easier. Highly recommended, definitely my kind of shop.

The guys here were amazing!! I came in needing a temporary tire since I have tires coming in a week and instead of selling me a tire I would only use a short period of time. They inspected my tire and found a nail which was causing my tire to leak air. So they patched my tire so I could get by for the week. Amazing service they didn't take advantage of the situation for a temporary gain. I would recommend everyone who is in need of tire service to come here. The guys here are amazing!!!
